Ingredients:
Drink:
– 50ml Tequila
– 50ml TeaJoy Mango Tea Syrup
– Juice of 1 Lime
– 25ml Water
– 25ml Orange Juice
– Ice
– TeaJoy Strawberry Popping Boba
– 2 tsp Sugar Chilli Syrup (see instructions below)
Sugar Syrup:
– 1 red chilli, diced
– 50g caster sugar
– 50ml water
Garnish for Glass:
– ½ Lime zest
– 1 tsp smoked salt
– 1 tsp chilli salt
– 2 tsp sugar
Instructions:
Sugar Syrup:
1. Add the diced chilli, sugar, and water to a pan and heat until the sugar dissolves.
2. Once dissolved, set aside and let cool.
Garnish:
1. Combine the lime zest, smoked salt, chilli salt, and sugar in a pestle and mortar.
2. Grind until well mixed.
3. Wet the rim of your glass with water and dip it into the garnish mixture.
Tequila Sunrise:
1. In a shaker, add 50ml of tequila, 50ml TeaJoy Mango Tea Syrup, 25ml water, 25ml orange juice, and 2 tsp of the sugar chilli syrup.
2. Add ice halfway and shake until the shaker feels cold.
3. Add TeaJoy Strawberry Popping Boba to your garnished glass.
4. Pour the cocktail into the glass.
